what is acs like today

does anyone out there know what acs is like today most of these posts are long time ago. anything knew. esp. interested in pikeville area.

Yes, some current info would be great. With the economy the way it is right now, who can afford to lose any more? Desperate yes, stupid no. Please advise.

Im currently working at ACS El Paso TX. I would say my experience so far is bad. The job posting described as Technical Helpdesk Associate is a scam. They say its a helpdesk environment and even state A+, CCNA certs are helpful. Me being in the IT business found this offer attractive at first.... but boy was I wrong. They didnt told me I was going for regular Customer service and after two weeks of training they said we have to sell to keep our jobs.., I dont mind doing any of that but the fact that all of this was never mentioned during the hiring process had me very suspicious and cautious. Then I found this forum and started reading all the comments, they are all true. They are always mentioning how we can be fired for stupid reasons and overall is a negative environment. Im really thinking about quitting even without a job waiting for me. In short, please stay away unless it is truly your last option.
