I am curious about what ADP looks for when doing a background check on your driving record. From what I understand, they mainly look for DUI's, felonies, or misdemeanors.
More specifically, how hard do they look at a driving record? In my case, I don't have any DUI's or anything like that. I have 0 points and only have 1 speeding ticket in the last 2 years. However, if you go further back into my driving record, maybe 3-7 years, I do have quite a few speeding violations. Again, no DUI's or anything like that.
Will past speeding violations hurt me? How far do they look back and what exactly will they look at?
