Are you talking about a managment position or a Security Officer position?

Both are pretty low compared to what you can get with a bigger company.

Benefits are pretty poor..basic medical coverage with about a 60/40 ratio for yearly contributions. Dental is offered...no vision plan. 401k is offered though the company does not regulary contribute to the plan.
