Hi, I've just been hired to work for Aramark, working concessions at Shea Stadium. I understand that the job is an on-call basis, but would anyone be able to tell me if the company gives a reasonable number of hours for a part time job? My concern is that a baseball game takes only about 3 hours, so if I only worked one event per day I'd make next to nothing, not to mention the transportation costs. Can anyone tell me what working for this company is like, in a typical day? |
