I felt that the interview was more general questions about situational management than what you could bring to the table as an employee that fit the job description - I was surprised that I wasn't at least given a second interview. Yes I am old school but was told this is a passive environment, not my understanding of where my career has taken me in a production in the catalog industry. They want puppets who they can control not anyone who has confrontational asperations. |
