I took the assessment test for Customer Assistant today and failed with a 79.53. The lady said I needed an 85 to pass. I got mixed up on what part of the call screen that I needed to be in for whatever the customer was needing. I also got behind in keying in credit card numbers, etc. because I have never mastered using the keyboard number pad and instead was trying to key numbers along the top row of keys. And now I understand that I will have to wait six months before I can take the test again. In the meantime I will familiarize myself with the number pad and I would like to know if anyone knows of any study materials that I can try to master before testing again. The best thing I could use is a copy of the actual call center screen(s) and an explanation of what each field is, etc. If you want to you can email me at the email address displayed for my User Name.
