they do not care in Houston, Texas 57 months ago	If you are a top producer than you will be left alone. If you are not be ready to give your manager a break down on how many quotes you have done for the day and how many of those quotes you generated yourself through your own marketing or referral base. Wait, it does not end there. You will also need to let your fearless leader know how many people you called each day and what list(s) you called from. Then you have the constant changes to the comp plan. The same mediocre pay plan is repacked in a shiny new box and we are told how wonderful the changes are, but if you look at it nothing has changed. Upper management could not find the ocean from the beach, that is the primary problem.
