Benefits are good. Salaries are terrible and micro-management out the ying-yang is everywhere. If you want to go to a company that is on the down slide than you can have my cubicle. |

If you are a top producer than you will be left alone. If you are not be ready to give your manager a break down on how many quotes you have done for the day and how many of those quotes you generated yourself through your own marketing or referral base. Wait, it does not end there. You will also need to let your fearless leader know how many people you called each day and what list(s) you called from. Then you have the constant changes to the comp plan. The same mediocre pay plan is repacked in a shiny new box and we are told how wonderful the changes are, but if you look at it nothing has changed. Upper management could not find the ocean from the beach, that is the primary problem. On the bright side some people are making six figures, it just depends on what office you are at and how much you can put up with. |

Thank you for your response, May I ask how long you worked there? I live in Clear Lake and I am considering that office. Is it possible to get everything in writing including the comp plan or are the changes better or just the same old thing? Thank you again for helping me. Gayle |
