Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at AAR?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at AAR?

Forget all of the new age, double-speak, propaganda. The corporate culture at AAR is perfectly clear, they pay ultra-low wages to mechanics. They disrespect mechanics by paying such ultra-low wages. AAR disrespects their workers in every real tangible way. Compare them to Southwest Airlines or UPS, or FedEx right across the airport from AAR. Those other companies that do aircraft maintenance pay mechanics $40 dollars per hour, while AAR pays $17 dollars per hour. AAR proves every day how much they disrespect aircraft mechanics. In my opinion, AAR can only get mechanics to work for them by lying to them in one way or another.
