I interviewed for this job at dresser rand that accountemps now is marketing. I interviewed for it in October. They posted this job in 4/06, over a year ago. they want a credit analyst but they want someone who has experience negotiating large contracts. And they want to pay them minimum salary. its crazy, I wonder if they realize why they haven't found anyone.

I worked at DR a few years ago. No surprise that they re-posted a job. Employee turnover was really bad there.

Hey PG, that was my job you applied for. They moved the process from my location in MA to TX after they bought out the company I worked for. Trust me, thank your lucky stars you didn't get that job. You do not want to work for that company. They treat their employees like dirt, unless you're one of the top six exec's that are given million dollar bonuses. In the time I was still there after the buy out the mass exodus from even the top level management of that company was staggering. I spoke with a number of people who gave their notice and it gave me quite an insight to the treatment of their employees. Further, they care so little about their customers, it was months later and those people were never replaced. The attitudes of the employees that stayed was so poor that they flat out refused to help you, wouldn't return phone calls, nothing. I used to have regular migraines requiring medication, when I worked there. I haven't had a single one since I left in 2006.
