have been trying to get a job with alot of agencies, i feel like it is AGE DISCRIMINATION, I HAVE YEARS OF A/P, A/R/DATA ENTRY, AND OFFICE EXPERIENCE AND AM A GOOD WORKER, IF YOU DONT LOOK PRETTY AND SAY WHAT THEY THINK AND HAVE EXCEL AND KNOW THE SOFTWARE AS YOU WALK IN THE EMPLOYERS DOOR YOU ARE OUT. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD TO HAVE SOME ON THE JOB TRAINING, EVERY OFFICE IS DIFFERENT. SO I THINK THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD GET INVOLVED IN THIS, OR SOMEONE START AN AGENCY FOR OVER 50.

Your right it is AGE DISCRIMATION. Doesn't matter if you know the software programs or not. Belive me, I'm going threw the same situation. UNEMPLOYMENT knows it too, but will not even step in to help people over 50. I've put in for everything from office work,(which I do) to factory work. Sign me- NOT GREY AND NO CANE!!!!!!

The typos in your posts don't have anything to do with your difficulty in finding a job? Details matter.
