Also, they fired me this week because policy 501 states that if you give and finish your two weeks advance notice you will be paid your remaining vacation time.
So, the loophole is that they will just fire you a day before your two weeks is up so they don't have to pay your vacation time.
Another friend of mine, gave her two week notice and the DM asked her if she could please stay because she was so short staffed. So, the CM did, and she stayed for another two weeks after her notice was over. Then when she went to collect her vacation time, they said that because she stayed after her notice was over, it made her notice void. They said that it meant that she quit without giving another two weeks notice so they did not pay her either.
The turnover for this company is HIGH FOR A REASON.
