Basically, this company (out of Chicago) spams job boards with the same jobs, then extensively interviews folks, then puts them into a mailing list that emails them the same job descr. they extensively interviewed for -- yet they never communicate well during the entire process as to the applicant's status. This not only happened to me, but also to two other friends (with great credentials as well). There is s.t. systematically wrong with Acquity.

I went through a third interview with this company and didn't get a job back in Jan 2007. Since then they haven't able to hire one yet, I just wonder why???????????

I went through three interviews for the CD position in Irvine and I was positive that I did excellent. But when I called them to find out, they said that I do not have the qualification they are looking for, even though they ware admiring my capability and my portfolio and client list are much more impressive than their credential.

I hear you all. Trust me when I say things happen for a reason. Be glad they passed on you. It sounds like you all are very qualified and probably over-qualified for Acquity. They aren't all bad. They have SOME very smart and experienced managers, some not as much. But that's the case in every company. There are several things they can work on. Let's hope they do, otherwise, the future of their company may not be so good.
