What are the average starting salaries, bonuses, benefits and travel requirements like at Adecco Employment Services?

What do you like best about working at Adecco Employment Services? Are there any great perks or special treats for employees?

My experience was that their dental and medical insurance offered (which you must pay for) was overpriced and was so poor I didn't sign up for it. I did my own search for such insurance on the net and found much better packages out there. An employee of Adecco should look elsewhere for medical and dental coverage, because theirs is terrible.

I got some paid holidays but you have to work there over a year just to get a few vacation days - like 4-5 vacation days, which are also to be used for medical appointments etc. So there is no sick leave.

The bonuses they offered were for people who worked there over a year and never had any sick days. It was a lousy bonus plan.

Seems that a majority of the negative comments have been removed. Why? A lot of VALID points had been made and now they are gone. Can companies request adverse comments to be removed?

I would think that if a person was telling the truth and not purposefully slandering a company, that the comments would remain posted.

Hello, My name is Penny Foust and my fiancee Jeremy Proctor works for your Richmond Indiana office. I really don't know who else we can contact about the problem we are having and it seems as if no one really cares. However, I found your website on line and thought maybe you might know who can help us.

Jeremy has worked for your company for almost one month now and has only recieved one check. The first check did not come in the mail like it was supposed to, so they cut him an emergency check. They also said that it would not happen again, that the following checks would get here on time.

Last week we got no check, this week we got no check. I don't know about you but it takes money to run a house hold. He shows up to work on time, he does what he's suposed to at work. We have seven children that need to be fed, and no one has any answers for us.

When some one works they should get paid. So please if you could please help me I would much appreciate it. We really need that money that he's owed. If they would just pay him he would start a direct deposit, but we can't because the money isn't here to do so.

What do I do if my employer does not pay me? Visit this website:
www.in.gov/dol/2767.htm
If you’re not paid by employer, view Application for Wage Investigation. Then complete application & mail it to the address in the upper righthand corner of form. The Indiana Department of Labor only pursues claims from over $30 and under $6000.
If I quit or get fired, when is my last paycheck due? It’s due by midnight of your next regularly scheduled payday.
Click below to view the pdf file “Application For Wage Investigation””
www.in.gov/dol/files/WageClaimInstructionsApp092407Corrected.pdf
Type in information on form & print 2 copies (one for your records), because you can’t save the form with the information you type into it on your computer.
Explanation of Wage Claim Process: Allow 6 to 8 weeks for response.
You must provide the information below to have your claim processed:
• Employer’s name and mailing address.
• The gross amount you are claiming.
• Length of employment.
• Type of claim.
• Dates, times, and hours of non-payment of wages.

If the Wage Claim is accepted, an initial correspondence will be sent directly to your employer. Your employer will have 2 weeks to either mail a check directly to you or dispute the amount claimed. If your employer disputes the amount claimed, the Indiana Depart. of Labor will make a determination based upon the evidence presented. If a determination cannot be made, you’ll receive notice along with a letter suggesting you seek legal counsel and/or pursue the claim in the appropriate court. If no response is received, a final notice is sent to your employer allowing 1 week for response. If no response is received after the final notice, a copy of the Wage Claim file will be sent to you along with a letter suggesting that you seek legal counsel and/or pursue the claim in the appropriate court. The Indiana Depart. of Labor accepts Wage Claims as a voluntary mediation process between you & your former employer. They can’t guarantee any compensation. If filing a claim against current employer, the Indiana Dept. of Labor provides no protection if you’re terminated as a result of this claim.
