I dont think Addecco Technical or Addecco Staffing are scabs. They are a Swiss British company with major offices on Twin Dolphone Drive in San Carlos on Redwood Shores Parkway.
I know they service a lot of jobs for Google.
They have interviewed me 4 times in 3 years but never ended up placing me - go to www.hoovers.com for find out more about them. Oh 1 I dont work for them either!
Good Luck in your search and

They aren't very professional at all really. Apparently you have to be godlike to even get them to call you.

I replied to a job for adecco and recieved a call back the same day and came in for my interview the next day. They did get me an interview at a very good company shortly after. I did not have any problems with them at all.

This woman is a recruiter for Adecco. Unusual spelling of the name. No one in that Seattle office is knowledgeable about the positions they offer or their own stuff. Stay away.

not all adecco sites are bad, not all people who work there are bad. there company policy is HORRIBLE. dont EVER plan on getting holaday pay or paid time off, decent bennies or even respect. The places that they place you are hit and miss, good and bad. stick away from them unless you know someone who works there.

That is very untrue. They have placed me in several graphic design gigs and I was/am very pleased. To everyone bashing Adecco - it's not because you aren't "God-like", it's because you obviously aren't qualified. Get over it.

Down with Adecco! I had been slated to start with a job with them on August 20; the place was about a half hour ride from my house. I left the house a good 45 minutes early, stopped for a cup of coffee, and got caught in traffic on the interstate. I didn't get there until 15 minutes after I was supposed to start, then the girl who was doing the badges was leaving for the day, I would have to come back the next day. Now, she's discussing it with the manager to see when I can start. What a liar! The other girl who takes the phone calls is very brusque over the phone; I would like to have both of them fired.
