Don't Try a Siebel Upgrade w/ Inexperienced People Like They are Hiring

This project does not look like it is going to go so well. Only 2 years of experience. Sure with just 2 years of experience they won’t have to pay much. On top of that they are going to “save” a lot of $$$ by hiring 5 people to do the job of just one experienced person.

I think this company is GE Medical. All of GE seems fanatical about getting the cheapest per hour IT labor they can find.
