It's not Adecco's fault. They were just the latest agency to get sucked in. NTI has been posting the same job, both throught agencies and directly, for over three years. They're not serious, they've never been serious, they're just advertising. They don't even change the way they word the ads from year to year. I'm sure Adecco is just fine as a temp-to-hire agency, but this "client" has no intention of hiring anyone. |
