The whole point of my post was to enlighten people that adecco is not technically offering any benefits. They are offering to let you buy benefits so, the term "benefit" as if it is something "additional" that you are receiving, is misleading. I think you missed that.

they offer benefits at a discounted rate. I'm well familiar with that-they in fact work with United Healthcare. If you are waiting for FREE healthcare, you got to wait til Obama care kicks in 2010 and even then it wont be free, the US taxpayer will pick up the tab

You are incorrect. I gave my example of how their dental plan is not discounted at all. You end up paying
more in premiums then you get in "insurance". It's misleading to say the least.

I agree with Ernie. You're better off buying the insurance plan for poor people in your individual state.
