What's the company culture at Adecco?

Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Adecco?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Adecco?

I INTERVIEW TOMMOROW AT ADECCO FRO AN ACCOUNTING JOB WITH ADECCO. I AM DRESSING BUSINESS CASUAL AS WAS SUGGESTED BY THE HR PERSON I TALKED WITH. MISSION,VISION,AND VALUE SATEMENTS SHOULD TELL YOU ABOUT THE CULTURE. LOOK AT THERE COMPANY CHARTS AND STRUCTURE AS WELL. I AM ONLY GUESSING BECAUSE TOMMOROW WILL BE MYFIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THEM BUT IF "We work evryday with these values integrity,honesty, and enterprise." Is there value staement....this is company culture I would like to work with but if all the comment on here have any truth than addeco value satement is an atroshish lie no integrity, and honesty would allow them to treat employees the way these comment indicate, and the culture is festering with a corrupt stink. Also the recent law suits in France dont really align with these fundamental values and this is a blunder that came right out of the top positions at the company. If these are the guy setting the example that kinda scary too.

I guess I will judge for myself tommorow. Ill let you know what I think about there culture.
