Not Important in Benwood, West Virginia

What kind of training does ADP offer Small Busness reps? How long is the training? Is this something that you're sent away for? Or is this more onsite training? Interactive?

I actually just got back from the SBS training in March. Great training. They sent me away for a week to NJ from FL. Put us up in a pretty nice hotel with kitchen living room and freee breakfast and dinner at night. Im not claiming it was a gormet dinner but it filled up the tummy. They also provided $150.00 in spending money to cover other meals. I got to meet people from other centers around the country and learned alot.

HEY MARK,

JUST WONDERING - THEY QUOTED ME FIRST YR EARNINGS OF 55K - 65K AND 2ND YR EARNINGS OF 75 TO 85, IS THIS WHAT THEY TOLD YOU AND DO YOU THINK THAT IT IS REALISTIC. BY THE WAY, MY TERRITORY WOULD BE IN THE SUBURBS.

Im a service rep with SBS in Miami Im not in sales. They do make some pretty decent money over there but I cant tell you exactly

Oh, my mistake. How's the weather in Miami? I hope your making enough as a Service Rep since Miami is expensive to live in. Good luck with ADP!

I would say that it's realistic, but only if you can sell. I have two people in my region that make 6 figures.

Ive been with the company 6 months and since January am grossing about 4 K per month. Right now, I'm at 20% commission on all I sell. I'll also get my base salary raise at the end of June and promotion from ADM to DM.
