I applied for residential sales rep positions with both companies. I've gotten job offers from both companies but am not sure which one to go with. Which is best to work for in terms of income opportunity, company culture, appointment flexibility, training/support, benefits, etc.?
So far, Brinks looks good in terms of paying a monthly base of $1500 plus commissions. ADT looks good in terms of offering 3 ways to get paid: sales, installations, and annual service charges. I also think they may have a stronger brand name.
Which do I choose???
