I have sent my Resume a few times for different positions that I am very qualified for and have never heard anything back. Very dissapointing. I am a very good assett in this field and do not understand how I can not even get an interview. |

I live in Texas and maybe each state is different on their hiring process, but I applied online at their website and got a call back promptly for an interview. The lady I interviewed with, Michelle, was a pleasure and extremely nice. I am expecting a call from her on Thursday when she comes back from out of town for a second interview. |

Me in Cincinnati, Ohio said: dont work for this company!!(ASM) I only worked for them for a short time but they are a JOKE! The right hand didn't seem to know what the left was doing. After I left I was still getting mail from them as if I was still employed! I've heard they've lost some of there contracts, I'm not surprised at all!!! They seem to be the new "Home Depot" everytime I do a search it's littered with there ads! Can we get some filtering action here? LOL |

You can use the "hide" feature to remove jobs from a particular company or source. Just click on hide at the end of the job listing that you ant to filter and it will be stored in your preferences. You must me logged in to use this feature.

comments are absolutely correct. I work for a major food manufacturer in the northeast and we use them as brokers in many markets. We know they're full of ---- and lately we have been reducing the commissions we generally pay them. We're realizing that they do a lot with smoke and mirrors and I caught many of them lying or setting up stores during visits to make things look good and bright. We're planning to eliminate many of their regions due to poor performance or we cut their commissions. When we cut then they obviously cut to survive. I would not recommend anyone to work for these (I'm thinking of a bad word here) eh I mean brokers. They never will command any respect in their industry. I hate dealing with all of them because they lie, cheat and steal and on top of that do not treat their people well. Look at their turnover. They're constantly hiring because people are constantly leaving once they learn their culture. I would keep as far away from them as possible. I am a national sales manager for a major food manufacturer dealing with the broker market over 30 years. |

And Wal-Mart is the biggest retailer on the planet but if you ask most of there employees what they think I bet you won't hear anything good. |

So if Wal-Mart and ASM are both so horrible, why do people work there and both companies continue to thrive and be successful? |
