Thanks for the heads up on Aerotek, I have been getting the sense that they were a big waste of time. And, They are. I have applied to several of their jobs, positions that I am way more than qualified for and that is as far as it goes. Aerotek did call me back once, and were only interested in my salary qualifications, nothing about my experience.
Run from Aerotek!

I agree, I've applied to 25 relevant job opportunities on Aerotek since past 30 days. Not a single call from any of the recruiters..............

I've tried to make follow up calls, but not a serious response from any of the recruiters.
