Those who can't, recruit.

Like all the other flesh peddlers, They're probably just padding their database so they look more attractive to their unsuspecting client companies.

Not all recruiters, my fellow Buckeye.....

After leaving Lakewood in 1980, I moved to Dallas and started a long career as a Credit Manager... After 25+ years, I retired and joined a local staffing firm Credit Alternatives.
We specialize in credit and collection jobs, both in Texas and Nationwide.
The larger firms are wrapped up in quota's, including bringing candidates in for no real postings.
We only contact candidates when we have jobs that match their skills.
