Difficult seeking jobs because of handicapped

Spent about 20 years of working in Donora, Pennsylvania and Portland, Oregon and Eugene, Oregon. Have been on Social Security for over 20 years. Difficulty in working because of epilepsy. In 2001, taken ill with MS. Multiple Scerolsis has made me a cripple man. Had to learn to walk, speech problems, vision problems. Now, had learn to get back onto a computer. Been on computer for over 10 years and lost 5 of those years because of health problems. I had talked to many of my friends I have not seen since 1970 from Donora High School and made new friends with the computer. Who am I?:
