i told my recruiter that I was having problems with the way I was being treated and talked to. It was as if I said nothing because the problem got worse nothing has been done about it.

Technically, when you are hired on to a position you are also an employee of Aerotek. Your paychecks come from them. Alot of people tend to forget this and are surprised when they do not get hired on after cursing out their recruiter.
