Okay, when I worked there this place was a comedy show that wasn't funny. The account managers were pathetic. they couldn't bring in any new business, and most of their accounts were from people who had left the company. They basically forced out the only good account manager after trying to demote him to a recruiter...AND they were propping up this woman who had NO MORALS and slept her way up the ladder. She used to sleep with the DBO of the office! Who was married!! It was crazy. She later got reprimanded for sleeping with a guy in the hallway of a hotel. It was amazing. Such sleazy people work there and the turnover is amazing. I left. I could take it. Terrible pay. Awful bosses. Horrible people. Anyone who was good quit. It was just a nightmare. I lasted way too long there, I started doubting my own worth. The company itself is even worse. No money. Terrible commissions. Sub-par standards. Ridiculous Management. Idiotic rules. Micromanagement. Awful! This place is just a body factory, one leaves another one joins, and no one cares. |

Just a suggestion, if you're going to trash an employer, whether they deserve it or not, don't give any suggestion of your name. |

Palmer - I am trying to find out more of how Aerotek operates. Did they provide workmans comp? |

What is the signs that I will get hired by Aerotek? The recruiter said he was going to call me the next day, but he didn't. Is that a bad sign? I wanted to call him, but I didn't want to put myself in a bad position. Am I pretty much over with Aerotek and should I just quit having faith with them and look else where? |

Most of the recruiters are so terrible in that place don't expect to ever hear from them and when you do you will be surprised...and that will be nice. |

i am developing a different kind of recruiting service for workers to find work - does anybody have any good ideas? As far as Aerotek - they really should have been covering workmans comp for all positions - if you are being paid directly from Aerotek, then it is the law for them to provider workmans comp for the employee - because by law, you are working for Aerotek - plus never accept a 1099 from any temp agency - that is illegal. |
