I don't work for this imparticular staffing firm, but I do work for a smaller headhunting firm. What candidates don't seem to relaize is that although you read the description of a position and think you are perfect in everyway for the job, we aren't the ones that determine this- the employers are. This is their decision, not ours- but you reem us out for it. Where do you think we get the job descriptions from? I understand the frustration of not getting feedback, but in most cases- companies will NEVER directly call you with any feedback unless they want to take you on. Although you think you might be the perfect candidate for the position- there are people out there that may have better skills, have more contacts, and have the exact expereince they are looking for. Life is a big competition- welcome to it.

Everybody is better off doing it the old-fashioned way, beat the streets!
These so called headhunters used to be good about 15 years ago, but now like staffing firms like the above Molls works at don't have enough knowledge about the work the prospective workers can do or what the company that is hiring requires. These job helpers are just the same as putting it in the paper, accept with the paper you son't have to waste your time with the middle man. Trust me your better off representing yourself to get a job than someone you don't know making a judgement about you when they are not educated enough to do so. Get out there and knock on doors, because they won't!!!!!!
