Be yourself. Let the recruiter know what it is you want to do with your next job. If you just want to temp, or you only want direct hire - be honest. Let them know what you've disliked about previous jobs without speaking poorly of a former employer. Let them know where else you are interviewing b/c that speaks to your interest in all jobs. |
