Temp Position

Aerotek is the worst staffing company out there, They are full of false hopes. There follow up is the worst. The most unprofessional outfit out there. they advertise for positions they can't perform on.

Aerotek is the worst, and I think they ask you to come in, just to see what race you are; the job I applied for was a morining shift that starts at 5am not many people are willing to get up that early for a job. In any case, I was told that someone was interviewing for that job. Why should there be just one person? Anyway, that's how all agencies are, you're better of looking on your own.

I first saw this ad on Thursday and contacted them immediately by phone and e-mail. The staffing manager stated that she apologizes for the mix up the firm has already filled the position with someone from the inside. Yet the posting was never withdrawn and continue to appear. It is worth nothing that I have sent my resume to this company and staffing manager a couple of times before for positions that I think match my qualifications but I never received a call. Makes you wonder if it is because of my name.

The job listing being pulled/not pulled doesn't necessarily mean anything. Sometime people are too lazy to take the time, or the ad expires,etc.
