WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT WORK HERE OR TAKE THIS JOB. CHEVY CHASE BANK LAID OFF A FEW HUNDRED PEOPLE A FEW MONTHS AGO AND REPLACED THEM WITH TEMP EMPLOYEES. THIS WAS DONE BECAUSE CHEVY CHASE BANK IS LOOSING CUSTOMERS AT A SCARY RATE. THIS JOB IS IN THE HOME EQUITY SALES DEPARTMENT- A DEPARTMENT THAT IS DOING SO BAD THAT ALL THE WORKERS THAT DID NOT GET LAID OFF,ARE MOVING TO DIFFERENT COMPANIES.
i KNOW THIS FOR A FACT BECAUSE I WAS PART OF THIS DEPARTMENT AND BANK FOR YEARS.

DEAD END AND MANAGEMENT DOESNT GIVE A s*** ABOUT THE WORKERS....

BE SMART AND LEAVE THIS JOB ALONE...

Aerotek is the worst agenvy to work for. I had a hard time to work with them. low class agency in the USA. Data from the paper work does not get entered properly to the system. unfriendly stuff. Live paid checks don't come time. It's hard to get reimbursement once you are charged by your bank and the list goes on and on. Evrybody at work hard extremely negative opinion about this agency.

I work at Solectron as a temporary emplyee through Aerotek. My personal experience with this agency is the WORST EVER. I worked for different temp. agencies before but Aerotek office at Solectron in Austin, TX has the worst stuff. They lack professionalism with their contractors at every level. They are basically unfriendly. Some times live checks don't come on time. I wonder what kind of training the pay-roll has? I agree with crispy 100%.
