How does Aerotek stack up against the competition?

This is a temp agency and I don't think they are very interested in hiring people who are not of european decent. At least this is the case in MI. If they call you and you are not of this decent, that's a big if, it will be for very low paying jobs. If you call back, like say the same day a job is posted on their site, they will tell you the position has been filled but they keep it posted. I think this is against the law but with a temp agency how do you prove it? Oh well, this tells me I wouldn't want to work for them if this is the way they conduct business. What a shame!

They keep postings up, but if you click on them, the position is no longer available...then they show you low paying positions in that same category. That is how most temp agencies operate...
