ACS - IT Division : Atlanta

I got an offer for ACS in their IT division in Atlanta.
It is a senior java developer role and the pay matches my expectation.
I just wanted to know how the work culture there is. I was reading some other posts and lot of folks have very bad experiences with this company.
But as I see no one had any complaint in the IT division.
Any feedback is most welcome ..

Yes I did accept the offer and will join them soon.
What is the role for which you are being interviewed? And which office is that? (There are multiple offices in Atlanta).

What about all the other posts from other users complaining about benefits, and incentive based pay, and poor management? I was thinking that this primarily affected the call center workers but was unsure if IT staff are also effected. Do these forums' posts apply to IT personnel also or do I have nothing to be worried about? Please let me know, I have a wife and child to support.
