All you have to do is have a pulse. They have almost no hiring standard whatsoever. They take what they can get because there is such a high turnover rate. If you're still interested in the job, just don't volunteer stupid information, and you'll get it.

I agree with the previous poster ... the interview process is a joke. The phone interview may as well have been a recorded message. The guy sounded as if he were mentally retarded or had a speech impediment and was reading a script. He read so quickly and clumsily I missed most of what he said. He followed up with 13 (yes 13!) emails with pointless informational attachments and one directing me to go online and fill out forms I have already filled out ... I already filled them out and gave them a resume. It felt like a hoax or scam of some kind. I wouldn't waste my time on a face to face interview.
