How does Affiliated Computer Services stack up against the competition?

I worked at an office in San Antonio and they were always laying off people for so many reasons.....management over hired and then had to lay people off, they couldn't comply with contracts so the customer would pull the contract, management is just horrible, they do not practice the LAW of EOE, the harassment level is beyond control. There is no great reason for working there and there is no job security or benefits to working there either.

I know for a fact that <Edited by Host: Name Removed> saved her job at ACS was because she slept with her boss.. It's so sad
