I worked for them too and quit before they hired me after my 90 days!
They make you feel like you have no rights.
They give you double ocurrences on Monday and Fridays if you are late 14 seconds! or less!

I made the mistake of going to work for them too.
They got plenty of notice but still would not give me 3 days off in the Christmas week to attend my own wedding. I spoke with some one else who recenty "got out". They have no hourly wage. You are now getting paid on the quality of your work.

Jewels: by "quality" pay, are you referring to piece rate?

They do legally have to pay minimum wage.. but if your pay drops below and they have to "subsidize" you up to min. wage, they can fire you for it! Regardless of how much they want you to do on a piece rate basis, or "incentive based", as they like to sugar coat it. Worst job EVER. I bet when the Federal Min. Wage goes up to it's max in 2009 they're gonna fire everyone or perhaps DEAL and start paying HOURLY like everyone else besides sweatshop owners! Same job in my area w/other companies pays DOUBLE what they pay.

i agree. I got an occurance because I was two minutes late in a snow storm. The VP told me, "You should have left earlier." What if I get mugged or raped before I got to work? They will probably say, "You should live in a better area or not stop for gas." This is a place where you are less than human!

It is the absolute worst place I have ever worked! It's all negative. No cudo's at all, just constant critisism. The bosses are lazy and critical and judgemental and underhanded. The pay for the stress we put up with is crap, the hours are sickening. It is totally impersonal, you are just a number there, not a human and are treated as such. Everyone I work with hates it there also, everyone is looking for another job, including me. Xerox needs to come in there and clean house!!!!!!!!!
