I have applied for various position with AIG and they only seem to hire from within......"BUT" how do you get in?

I worked there for 8 years, and was not been able to tranfer to a diff department applying a number of times. so not sure where do you dig this info.

I do think that HR there is out of touch, suggest you try some recruiter
