How does AIMCO stack up against the competition?

AIMCO has taken on this "Ultra Micro Managing" approach and have hire high pressured district level managers who are belittling employees for the results of the housing down turn in Florida.
After the Hurricanes in 2004 they got fat as most of their properties were at 100% Then last year they decided to raise rent [ and in income controlled rent properties] They took insurance money which was for loss of landscaping mulch and spent it on other things........never replacing mulch at one property for certain. The tactics of Yelling, and threatening people who have outstanding records and for more than 10-15 years have been told point blank, "NO ONE IS SAFE. Either get on board the New AIMCO or you are gone!" The EEOC has very specific rules which define this behavior as "Hostile environment" and can receive heavy fines and support parties adversely affected. Also alert your local Board of Labor.
It was abuse similar to this back in the 20's that led to the formation of UNIONS! Employers had become too abusive! Know your rights and take the right action whether as a group in a class action or ala mono! Good!
