i just have to say - Aimco is not wonderful. Aimco is hardline, difficult and without ethics. Our RVP is MEAN. Our DHR is even more difficult. People come and go and are dsiposible. Low budtets, high expectations and decisions that just make no sense.

I have worked for AIMCO for several years!!! It is a good place to work. Yes the demands are high BUT THAT IS WHY IT IS CALLED A JOB! The RVP is not MEAN, he has goals and high expectations. HE IS SUCCESSFUL...What is wrong with that?

So we are expected to work hard...again it is a job! Yes things are challenging but I believe I am appreciated.

You must work at that mythical Aimco Property that is a good place to work at. But I and many others I have talked to have not found it we work at the real Aimco Properties.
