Do you work at Air National Guard Units? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?

Any advice for someone trying to get in?

I am simply trying to find out if there are conditions, such as an age limit and requirement of prior active duty, preventing me from contributing to the mission of the Air National Guard. While I enjoy the work I am now doing for the Air Force, I wish to
contribute further in any way possible within the constraints of eligibility.
