I am leaving Ajilon I been working at Ajilon Finance for quite some time already, the reason is that I cannot just keep inviting people to get their leads, they pressure me every week to bring people in 15 candidates!, just to get their leads. I feel bad for them, most are in need now, and some of them don't even have a car or baby sitters so they spend money on the bus, taxi or child care to make it to the interview, they come to our office to interview for a job that doesn't exist.

Are you kidding me? I hope to god you did leave Ajilon. We DO NOT work this way. We bring people in to help them and if we get leads off them than we both win. Shame on you for doing that but WE at Ajilon do not work this way... hope you have moved on. |

Shame on you for doing that but WE at Ajilon do not work this way... hope you have moved on. So are you saying you work for Ajilon? How come they never find people work? Not only me but anyone looking for a job? I know several signed with them (Ajilon) Job seekers hear my cry...Find your own job. In most cases, they (recruiters) cannot help you because it is too expensive for the company, For every direct hire, the agency gets anywhere from 17-30% of your annual salary for placing (introducing, you actually got the job yourself) you at that company (fact). Then after paying the fee, the company that hired you have to give you benefits, and other fringe benfits (fact), which are not only expensive for the employee but the company as well. So if a company can hire you without the middle man, which route do you think the company will take to save money, especially during this damn recession. You can try contract to hire, but make sure that if you work an assignment for six months that there is a clause in the agreement that the company cannot charge a placement fee. They are already being billed double the rate you are being paid (fact). If that clause is not in the agreement, I can guarantee you that company will not hire you.... |
