These folks are SLEEZY. After THEY called me (resume posted online) and I spent an hour interviewing, they requested additional info (which I sent immediately that day) and told me they would send tests. Never heard from them again. (Numerous attempts; my resume and references are immpeccable.)
Another friend's experience: they "steal" copy from local company ads, run it beyond the job expiration date. Their goal is to get resumes to blitz employers with, including employers who DO NOT accept them from recruiters.
Result? Companies get your unsolicited resume from unsolicited recruiter and won't talk to you when you call.
They also prospect you for namnes of other job seekers.
STAY AWAY FROM AJILON!!!!! SCUM!!!!

Ajilon is a bunch of incompetant, unprofessional, morons. You are wasting your time to have anything what-so-ever to do with this agency.
