It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Ajilon?

Any advice on striking the right note?

After interviwing for six times with these people, someone in command have found out that I lack a skill necessary for the job. What a nightmare! Shouldn't that be brought up on the first interview instead of luring me into thinking that I've gotta shot at a job. Nicely done!

I've worked for them. It's an ok place to work and you can make a lot of money working at this organization. But the interview process can take a while. There are a lot of hurdles the managers need to go through before they hire someone. If it doesn't feel right to you, don't accept an offer or continue interviewing. However, if the manager explains their process and makes an effort to make it right for you, then definitely go for it.

I wasn't happy with management and that was why I left the company.
