How to get a job at Ajilon.

Do you work at Ajilon? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?

Any advice for someone trying to get in?

Nope. Talked to recruiter directly. Being a sales recruiting firm they should know better about their hiring practices, instead of missleading applicants through such amazingly long "6 step interview process". Jesus H Christ!! what is this...I thought I was getting a $100K job with Donald Trump or perhaps recruting for FBI. Procedure is too long, and not only is it discouraging but it makes me think twice about such company and whether they are sugar coating themselves. My advice, do not waist your time after closing your second interview and look for honestly represented company.
