What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Allegis?

I worked for Aerotek, which is part of the Allegis Group. The recruiters and program managers I met were male and wore white shirts and ties. Working for Aerotek as a contractor entitled me to a lunch a month (although I didn't get them that often).

There were also discounts available at various businesses however many of them were with east coast places, where Allegis HQ is located.
