This Company has a great potiential for success. They already have great success. However, they manner in which they treat their employees makes the statement to me "We don't care about the individual, there are always more bodies out there." Actually these are the very words I heard more then a couple of times when trying to protect one of my employees that was assaulted on the job by a client's employees. I was shut down as the Account manager, removed and then harassed. I am still employed with Allied Barton, but I am ashamed and embarassed to be aligned with this type of management. Time after time this Company choses the client dollar over the safety of the employee. From forcing personnel to work 20 to 30 hours straight, to refusing to intervene when physical violence has been done to one of their employees or the threat is apparent. This is in direct contrast to their written words, but when called on the policies they would prefer to offer a few pennis to buy off the complaints. |

"From forcing personnel to work 20 to 30 hours straight, to refusing to intervene when physical violence has been done to one of their employees or the threat is apparent" I highly doubt anyone has been forced to work 20 - 30 hours at a time, not without proper housing for sleep. Not only would allied barton not allow this, but the POC for that contract would flip because those types of hours would set the overtime rating way way high. (allied-bartons standard MINIMUM is 3% OT, and they take that very seriously.) If this were going on, the current site supervisor would be fired immediately, not to mention the fact that the contract holder would probably have the contract terminated for violation. Now, if the company had setup for such a security force to work a shift such as a Fire Fighter or Range officer would (24 on 48 off) it would be different... in which case you really couldnt complain. I have been with allied for nearly 5 years and have worked my way through the ranks in those years, I have had my share of issues with things... (slow raises being one of them) but never have I seen an overtime requirement, anything about 3% has been blasted by account managers and district managers. |

This company has allowed me to go through all types of Harassments. These harassments includes Racial and Sexual. When I complained about all these harassments, they retaliated against me by taking away my Supervisor position and then assigned me as a Floater Security Officer. I was also threaten not to share the Sexually Harassment emails that was seen by my 6 yr old daughter with Law Enforcement and News Media. These emails was sent by High Managers to my PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS. |

Mr. Dredimus, I have done multiple days of 16-hours at a time when stationed at State Farm insurance. That leaves you with about 4 hours sleep per day. And I was a site supervisor, told directly by my account manager to pull those shifts. It was as miserable as it sounds. allied barton security guard in Mohrsville, Pennsylvania said: I KNOW FOR A FACT. THIS COMPANY IS GOING TO STAY AROUND FOR MANY YEARS. This company is has the ability to be great, BUT I agree with you I just returned back from Iraq. I was a site supervisor when I left. When I returned back a year later Allied acted as if they didnt want to give me my job back they did but I was no longer a supervisor and to top that off I made less than what I was making as a supervisor and I was placed at another site. |

Allied barton has no feelings for their employess.they allow them to be harrassed, cheated, and are treated with disrespect and supervisors treat security officers like trash. This company should be investigated and reported to the federal government for ethics violations |
