Unfair wages!

This company had great accounts but the people running the show at all levels are incompetent, lack real experience, & are corrupt! They are not fullfilling the contract at our account! They think it's a game to toy with people's money and time making changes when ever it is convenient for them but, not even asking if it's ok with the people it directly affects! The pay rate is a joke for the amount of accountability expected from us! If this continues I hope this company buries itself under the pill of trouble it has created by scamming hard working people by not treating them appropriately nor with a humanities effort! Not to mention the fraud, lies, favoritism, & lack of accurate attention! I got into security because armed guards got paid fairly & 2 years ago greed took over fair pay! Going from $15 average start pay to $11.50-$13.00!
