Do you need to have experience in insurance?
The position only provides customer service experienced.

What about for "corporate" positions.

What are the interview questions for

Adjusters, Claim Trainees, Processors, Staff Claim Associates, Customer Service Representatives...

Go to "Company" "Allstate"
instead of
"Company" "Allstate Insurance"
(which is what this heading is)

and go to "Allstate Interview Questions".

I recently applied for a position with Allstate, and base on my interaction with them, I would not recommend joining. I really do not want someone with very little education handling my claims, because they don't have the mind set for it and will screw things up. I recommend staying away from Allstate. For some reason, the whole culture supports having people (with low education) working on your claim.
