How do I know if I passed the pre-employment assessment?

So I applied for Claims Subrogation Specialist about 2 days ago. I got a call from a recruiter yesterday and did a little phone interview. It well and I got email telling me I'm still in line for employment. Then I got a email from another recruiter telling me to give him a call if I'm still interested in the position and to complete the assessment. Well after completing the assessment I called to let him know I'm still interested. Anywho I've read that you get a email right after stating if you passed it or not and to set up a interveiw. Well I'm worried because I did not receive another email. Is this a indication that I didn't pass? Mind you I feel that I did the questions were basically common sense.
