Do you work at Allstate Insurance? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview? Any advice for someone trying to get in? |

Allstates are independant agents, you get NO beni's from them, they can do what they want. Usually if you post a resume, they come looking for you. Very rarely do you see an Allstate job posting. All Agents are pretty close & they all talk to each other about most everything. Depending on the agent you get in with, you will either like it or Hate it. Some agents train more then others. You sell nothing but Alstate products & they are VERY BIG on financials. You dont sell Financials - you wont make it long wit an agent. |

What about hiring for "corporate" positions?
Are you contacted for follow up with skills testing, "personality" testing, mock customer service, whatever? Or do you get a link to test on-line? |
