Trainee Claims Adjuster Position - how long before a promotion?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering about the trainee position (Auto Claims Adjuster):
1) Pay rate
2) Time needed to get promoted (considering employee is competent and gets everything right)
3) Pay rate after the promotion

Good luck getting a promotion or a pay increase. I was promised the world to work for Allstate. I have been there a year and in January - ALL my commisions were taken away and now they are interview people and accepting resume's right in front of me. Its a wonderful JOB!!
